i pay for it myself.. my insurance doesn't cover enough to pay for two visits even. What can a person do in one visit?

he can't do sliding scale because he belongs to this group.. he isnt the company owner.. but he doesnt exactly work *for* the owner either.. weird.. like, he can set whatever hours or appts he wants, but he cant change the hourly fee for example.

its expensive... $140/hr. i do without, run myself into debt some and whatever i have to do.. THIS is what i need right now.
