By accepting the "wrong" decisions. It's easy to say,and very difficult to do. Doing your research into the decision helps to give power and knowledge.

Discussing the concept of right/wrong or ;black/white with a therapist can help give clarity too. Eventually pushing yourself in smaller choices first gives a sense of empowerment that makes bigger decisions easier to accept.

Life takes practice, and effort.
