Hi friends! I didn't delete my account although that day I did ask for them to delete it, guess they ignore those requests...?
Anyhoo, I just wanted to say hi and to answer singularity's question: here what they do is you sign up for an "intake evaluation" where someone who is specialized in diagnosing has a meeting with you for about one and a half hours and asks all sorts of questions, then they come up with your diagnosis and suggest treatment. It's a very grueling 1+1/2 hours, but I'm glad I have an accurate diagnosis now. I am grateful that therapy seems to be helping
