Some things I'm trying for myself: doing things I truly enjoy (I have some hobbies that I really get into) - it makes me feel worthy and I get absorbed in those activities, distraction (for me, that means watching really funny tv shows or youtube, also getting lost in a good book, and moving around literally doing chores) - I say distraction, because it literally lifts my mood to do these things and then I'm not even focused on the crap **** stress in my life, or I can get a lighter perspective on it, positive self talk.
