It's interesting how some people can function so well for much longer than others. Two men in the US are vying for the presidency and both are in their 70s. I worry about doing too much and causing her to deteriorate faster. The covid situation has really limited her world this last year. I do heavy cleaning but still leave some things to mum so she has a purpose. Yes she is lucky at 92 to be living in her house. I’m slowly learning what it takes to keep a house as I’ve lived in apartments my whole life. My oldest sister and I share some things like the bank stuff but she’s the trustee. My oldest nephew helps with house stuff too. Like I had no idea that gutters needed to be cleaned out regularly. With my back their are things I just can’t do. We got a new water softener and now have guys who deliver those heavy bags of salt and put them in the tank. That’s such a relief.
