There a trick with seroquel .You have to take it at the same time every night .If I take it at 8;00 I go to bedat 10:30 and im fine the next day but any later and im sleep walking all day .It works for 24 hours and dose help to control mania.I only take it at night 200mg.and I have 300mg. on stand by if my mania gets to be to much.you can find a middle ground with seroquel if you try .I love my mania so I just try to bring it down abit plus I would never sleep if I didnt take seroquel.
