No other programs open. I have 100 MB allotted anyway. Yes to the changes....and the problem is ... I'm having difficulty on BOTH computers, and it's hard to figure out because the changes weren't made on both computers. My issues on the other computer rotate around the ISP...who is sending me a CD to reinstall the main program. I wonder if the tech could have done something that affected my ability to chat??????

I'm not able to think about this enough to figure it out. I'm only able to get on PC with mozilla right now, as IE totally crashed also... perhaps it's IE? But I removed and reinstalled it... began with IE 6 since 7 gave me trouble when it first came out...but then I also went to 7 just in case but still issues.

I restored both computers to a previous time....
