Every so often, I google some family members names.

Some own businesses in Venezuela( where mother's family is) and some in Miami.

Ok, it's been forever since I had, but what I found flabbergasted me!

I entered some of their names and found an article about 4 of my cousins along with business associates arrested for fraud and having swindled some people out of their life savings.

I just kept staring at the article, gobsmacked and could not believe what I was reading!

There was even a press conference about it!!

"All these citizens will be investigated and charged for the crimes
of continued fraud, money laundering,
criminal association and appropriation of securities."

The three with last name Auvert are cousins.
