It depends. If I'm feeling really bad and the session has helped me worked through it, I feel good about my interactions with the psychiatrist or therapist.

If I don't feel any better, I wonder why I go to the doctor in the first place. Why am I spending the money going through years of therapy when this particular problem doesn't get better. Now that I write this, I realize that I felt like that a lot with a particular therapist and got another one. Now I have a new perspective and a therapist who has a different style of relating.
