I'm on 250mg of Lamictal and have the same exact symptoms. It's awful. Knowing what I want to say but the word never comes. Stumbling around. Writing one word but meaning another. I've decided that the side effects could be worse. At least Lamictal doesn't cause the weight gain of some other mood stabilizers. That's my biggest issue because I gained SOOOO much weight on Seroquel.
