I lost another 2 pounds. So that’s 12 pounds total since the 5th of October. So far today I’ve had a Chobani flip peach Greek yogurt, a medium iced pumpkin spice latte, a 100 calorie pack of nuts, a package of peanut butter and apples, and a can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. Dinner is going to be a can of Starkist tuna. 950 calories total for the day.
