During my last hospitalization I was given a diagnoses of DD-NOS (dissociative disorder-not otherwise specified). My question is, does this cause a person to become confused as to what really happened or if it was just a dream. Sometimes I have to check something to find out if I did it, or just dreamt it. Also, I may say something, but not sure if I said it out loud or if I just thought it, so I ask, or end up repeating things. ("You just said that!") I don't know whether this is typical in dissociation, if it could be due to meds (Seroquel?), or if it's a side effect of ECT I had 4 years ago. Please help me out if you can. Thanks.
