Another pretty bad day, even though it was a little bit more busy at work. I threw my back out at work early this morning and the pain is very severe. As of now it's feeling better but that pain is still there. I hope I can sleep tonight. It's been like "hell week" this week so far. I guess thank goodness I'm off from work next week.
