well that was a quite energizing session. i really enjoyed talking about my experience this past friday. i liked your comment about what you saw in my eyes today. cuz it's exactly how i feel. i know a lot of people (like my son and h) think this shamanic stuff is hooey - but not me. i have felt and seen the benefits from it big time especially this particular session - he's the real deal, man. So grateful for the referral. Like I told you today, I can definitely see contacting him again in the future for another session.

And, I'm finally ready to work through the stuff I keep running away from.
