I can relate to feeling like everything is a blur when under stress (or when talking about triggering things in therapy). I describe my own kinds of feelings during those times as being "cut up"... kind of like a chopped up reel of film on the floor. I am further on in my therapy now though and am experiencing a new sense of continuous time. It's both exciting and scary.
