I don’t feel like it’s the end of the world as such, but agree it’s often disorienting - everything seems to be like it was pre-pandemic (besides masks/social distancing and not everyone bothers with those things - I do get very anxious in shops when I get idiots trying to creep up to me in the queue, somehow thinking I won’t notice, or those who leap towards the till the second I’ve paid!) in spite of various parts of the country going back into lockdown.
