sarahsweets, I would think so. But it's not that I fear a panic attack away from home. I fear panic attacks while I get dressed. I fear I will fall apart while trying to get ready for my appointment. That's what normally happens. It makes it hard to want to get out the door. But once I do, I am much better. I have an appointment this Friday. I will prepare for it the night before. In other words, I will get dressed that night and then get up and go. I deal with it better that way. I also take the long route places. Cause I have a fear of driving. So there's a lot of anxiety there.
