Covid still stresses me out. But, it freaks me out too that retail stores always put up Christmas trees before Halloween. Its retailers pressuring consumers to buy early, to make up for poor sales during the summer months. Basically, consumers get overloaded with merchandise in October b/c retailers are really bad at strategic planning. According to the National Retailers Federation anyway. So, you are experiencing a total normal reaction - anxiety - to being overloaded with crazy retail sensory information. Me too. I hate it. I really hate it.
