It's not the end of the world, it only seems so. There was a very similar epidemic of Spanish flu exactly 100 years ago and the world didn't end back then.

But it definitely does cause tons of stress. I'm from Slovakia (population only 5,5million) and we have a nationwide testing of everyone over the age of 10. It already began in the most affected areas last weekend. The rest of the country will go next weekend and the weekend after that. In order to be allowed to return to work, you need 2 negative results. That means we must go twice. People who won't have certificates that they got tested won't be allowed to enter their workplace and will stay in 10 day quarantine. There are various other restrictions.

The police will be checking everything and the fine can be up to 1650€.
