I know you said you couldn't do laser treatment right now, but I just got back from my 2nd ever laser appointment so I hope you don't mind my posting here. I agree it is expensive, so I was nervous at first because everyone will tell you you'll need 6-8 treatments and at $100+ per area per treatment that can add up fast! But, I noticed improvement after the first time and pretty sure I won't need that many. Anyway, if you wanted you could consider just doing 1 or 2 laser treatments because it will cut down on the hair and you'd need to wax or pluck less.
