I am okay, I found myself getting a little stressed by a customer this morning. At first I thought he was a regular customer and then after a while of speaking I realised he used to come into the store years ago, in fact he got barred because of his behaviour towards staff. I think he has deep issues but he can fixate with staff and he read my name badge so that made me feel a little stressed. I do feel sorry for him because I think he may have mental health problems but he unnerves me.

Then minutes later a regular customer who I actually quite like came in and was in full tilt rant mode about covid restrictions. Which I sympathise with but also can do nothing about. He stressed me out too.

But hey, I survived - and I got my work done.
