complic8ted... yeah, that is common for me too... to some extent. sometimes i think i did things only to find out i didn't. i'm DID. this happened before i was on meds, too. but for a long time i wasn't aware of it - am learning to pay attention and be more present so now i am quicker to discover when i don't know which reality i'm in....
