I’m not doing too good today. I’ve had basically no food but I did take 3 Xanax at one time 45 minutes ago. I feel like my therapist is telling me stuff that is none of my business because she thinks I won’t judge or care or even understand. Still I don’t need to know. That stuff is private business. and I just am exhausted physically and mentally.
