Maybe, you can tell your therapist how you felt when (s)he pushed you and clear things up. In the end, they are also persons and can make mistakes. Maybe I was very radical but I felt judged and I couldn’t stand it.
The reading work you did, you know, it counts a lot too. Whatever you do to heal your wounds and help yourself is also very important.
