Can you have bipolar without euphoria? I have a working diagnosis of bipolar because I was struggling heavily with distractibility, I got temporarily excited by things in my environment without engaging in them, but I wasn’t euphoric? Does that make sense in the context of bipolar do you reckon? 🌸

I also didn’t get mad at people or gave arguments, I just felt frustrated by my lack of focus and talked out loud a lot.
