Mountaindewed, I'm sorry you're in such a position with your therapist. It's my guess that she may be overreacting a bit, and that maybe you may not be fully aware of your situation 100% either. A little of both. In any case, I've been there in terms of hanging up or leaving a situation early. You did attend, though. Sometimes it is just too much.
