today is the day where I need to prepare my menu for next week, and I'm going to try and make it more positive. this week I've had sausages twice, and some form of chicken for the the remainder of the days so I'm not really getting much variety in my diet
it's really hard though. a lot of food groups I either don't like, (such as fish or salad), and a lot of foods my body just rejects without me doing much (such as veg)
always been a bit of an issue really... the whole balanced diet thing
