My doctor says I can start running. Been wanting to since I was 13 but couldn’t. Just gotta find some good running shoes now.
My mom annoys me sometimes. Last night she said “your eating soup and you just had a TV dinner?!” The TV dinner had 350 calories, and the soup had 140 calories per can. The only other thing I had to eat yesterday was 2 fruit snacks. I was still less than 1200 calories for the entire day after dinner. She’ll sometimes eat entire bags of potato chips in one sitting and I won’t say anything. It just annoys me that’s all. Plus I don’t think it’s very healthy for the thoughts I’m dealing with. I for sure needed both the TV dinner and soup last night.
