well I've done my menu and it's not really that healthy, I guess
I thought about what I would actually eat, and not about what's healthy- so sausages, chicken, pizza 1 night.. nothing too healthy next week.
chicken was good last night though, I had chicken wings with salt on them- afterwards I had some halloween candy
today I am also having chicken, but I did have my healthy fruit salad for breakfast which is a start.
