I went on my first run in 11 years this morning. It felt amazing. I got super winded basically immediately but I did make it around the block. I stopped once for about 15 seconds and walked. It took me 6 minutes and I burned 44 calories. I feel like that is a lot for just 6 minutes. My goal is to get to 5 miles several times a week. Today my intake calories will equal to about 1,250.
