Thanks for starting this back up, Delia! I have been struggling badly with a relapse into depression lately (treatment resistant), and following this thread might help me.

Well today was bad, but I did complete an hour of work, did one Zoom call, and did some homework.

I also did walk the dogs and cooked breakfast.

Weekends tend to be harder for me than week days, so I may be more present here on weekend days to stay accountable.

My goals for tomorrow are to workout, finish homework for one class, do 2 hours of work, and practice my violin. That's not normally a lot for me but that feels like a lot right now. Ug.
