I've just offered two of my most prized possessions, a pair of books by Robert Burns, to the Burns museum in Ayrshire. They're both over 110 years old so I'm hoping they'll make interesting artefacts. They're so old and delicate that I never take them off the shelf. If they're in a museum on display they'll be seen by the public. Anyway, that's my hope. I'm excited by the possibility of making the donation. I hope they want them.
