Do you have a therapist or marriage counselor? It doesn't matter if you're wife won't go or if you have to go in secret. It will be good for you to be able to talk about this with another human being.

If you don't have much money right now, try a church (even if you don't attend the church), Family Services (usually run by the United Way charities) or the City/County department of health/mental health.
