Hi, one good method to forget about anxiety, which I was told, is reading.
I actually just read this e-book called "Anxiety & Depression Workbook for Dummies". If you’ve never read anything from the "for Dummies" series, don't be fooled by the title. It's not for dummies, it's just very detailed.
Personally, I've found a few tips which were helpful for me. I hope you'll find something useful for you in it. And if you have any book suggestions, I'm all ears too.
