Hi Silver --

Lot's of things that are do-able seem overwhelming when our disease is talking strongly. (I know -- it's happening to me right now. Always easier to give encouragement that to feel encouraged!)

I think you can probably figure out who can restore your net connection with a few phone calls. I used to be a reporter, and that means I had to sit a phone for as many hours as it took to find that one person who had the authority and information to answer the questions I wanted to know. So I've gotten hardened to that chase. The new voice mail systems have made it much harder, however. How many times have I been given a list of choices that don't include the option I need? But that's another story . . .

At any rate, I should think that you would start with the department that oversees Campus Housing. Another place might be the Computer Services department. If your campus is small enough -- shower -- put on some clean clothing and walk over. They can't use voice mail on us when we show up in person.

Best wishes for getting your service restored.

Thanks for keeping us posted on how you are.
