I am 49 and have dealt with depression since high school. I have treatment resistant depression and have been on nearly every medication and herb possible. I ran across a study on DXM and it has been my life saver. There are addiction concerns so anyone with addiction tendencies should probably steer clear. I also take provigil for energy.
