My pulse rate is pretty high - resting 99 bpm, but -my GP is ok with it, because the meds are helping, and my blood pressure is extremely low 90/60.

If your psych med is working for you, and you want to stay on it, you might want to ask for a drug to slow your heart rate - I forget the drug class name, but there are a bunch of meds that slow the parasympathetic nervous system, inlcuding heart rate. A lot of professional musicians take them to manage the physical symptoms of anxiety. My pdoc wanted me to try them, until he learned of my blood pressure.

edit to add - the drug class I was thinking of is called Beta Blockers. If you want more info, search for them or Tacchycardia on the mayo clinic site. I find it really helpful.
