Wrote out my 3 month goals in my planner. There's a section for that every 3 months. My goals for Dec, Jan, Feb, are to finish paying off my college account and find out about getting enrolled again, work on my eating disorder recovery and also my anxiety around eating food, and my 3rd goal is to lose 10lbs in a healthy way. For incentive my rewards for accomplishing these will be: Pizza from the takeout place, an iTunes card, and a new game
