I'm rescheduling my GP appointment. I have another appointment this week that I want to make my priority. I added more litter to the automatic litter box. And I washed dishes.
Today, I will do the following:
1. Try to get some sleep.
2. Read some of my metaphysical books.
3. Watch inspirational videos.
I feel very tired today and I'm a little stressed. I want to spend the remainder of the day just resting, relaxing and recuperating. If my wrist didn't bother me so much, I would cancel my other appointment. I just don't want to leave my house. But I'll power through and go.
