I ate solid food 2 times today! Two hot pockets. That's really good. I did have other stuff but it was pudding and an ensure shake. That's good progress for getting over my fear of choking. I know it's not much, and I've got a long way to go, but it's good to acknowledge the little wins.
I'm spending the day with my friend tomorrow.
