Does anyone have what I can only consider thought insertion, thought blocking, and thought withdrawal without the paranoia?

Like another stream of internal thought that interrupts you and you talk back to.

yes to this, too. Sometimes its happened at the hospital, sometimes the grocery store.

Sometimes i get a little paranoid but never enough to think aliens are the culprit.

I've thought people were in my walls and that I was an alien- even saw myself in the mirror as one!- walking around the grocery store, paranoid that people were out to get me and I felt I needed to stop them -

Nope! Not just you.

I talked to my psych multiple times about this and even had an EEG that came back normal. Psych wont let on to what she thinks - frustrating.
