I decided to try a plant-based diet. I'm gradually cutting meat out. I'll have some cheese and eggs. But mainly I will eat fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes. I'm hoping it helps me lose weight and get healthier. I will also make an effort to do chair aerobics every other day. I really want to do better.
