Oh yeah, I totally understand. I lived in the Great Plains for a while and meat is a way of life there. If I asked a coworker what they were having for dinner, the answer was usually a word meaning "meat" with any other words being an afterthought. I like how vegetarian meals are often a more harmonious melody of many flavors and textures rather than just one thing.
