Looking at my post again, it seems like I was in a mood to make a jab at religion. I have felt in the past the God has let me down in many ways, but now I understand that everything He has shown me, caused me to experience, and/or given me has made me a greater, stronger person. However, he cannot take all the credit. I tend to think of myself as an atheist, although I don't deny the existence of God, if that's clear as mud to you. My spiritual views are fairly complex.
