Now as far as the mold thing goes ,,>> I work on alot of homes built in the 1920's [ live in one in fact ] I do a bit of talk with some of my other re - model Buds ,,, Maybe there may be a way to cheaply kill and eliminate the mold toxins since the house will soon be empty .... and Get a Fair asking price . I let ya know .
