I recognize that! It can take two days to pile up and suddenly it seems too complicated to tidy up. I feel that it helps to set a time frame. If I feel that I have the energy to work for 20 minutes, I set my timer for 20 minutes. If I only feel for 10 minutes, the alarm is set for 10 minutes. I can follow up in a similar way the next day. It makes me relax more when I do it this way.
