I was losing weight when I was watching what I ate but now I quit. There's no reason I couldn't start again. For example, I had Tim Hortons for lunch - a chicken wrap with a donut and a couple chips and a coffee. Not good. That went over my calories for the day, I'm sure. But I'm feeling too lazy about going to the grocery store. At least, I'm not making a habit of eating out. I hope, anyway. I guess part of it is that I don't do much so some days I sit home all day, doing laundry, cleaning the apartment, paying bills and watching Amazon Prime. Maybe if I had something more constructive to do, I'd feel less like mindlessly eating. Physically, I don't feel right, being overweight. Thing is, I lost 40 pounds over the last couple years and I don't want to go backward! I should start counting calories again. That will help, I think.
