Yeah, I've heard of some of that stuff. My therapist suggested I don't go down the rabbithole but it never stops and I am sick of it. I might be a bit crazy to others but that doesn't mean it is not happening. Being quiet and ignoring it doesn't make it stop. I'm tired of being depressed about it.
