: laugh (watch something humorous on YouTube everyday), connect with others by interacting with those in my bubble, showing up to zoom appointments / groups, calling someone on the phone. Helping someone else. Practice my values and spirituality. Exercise. Distract myself by tidying up, reading, doing something creative.
