Today I had a 20oz Pepsi, a 45 calorie probiotic soda and an Atkins bar for lunch. Then an Atkins shake for lunch. For a snack I had a can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. For dinner I had 4 eggs and an English muffin. I also had 3 unsweetened peach teas with Splenda. 1,235 total calories.
I was getting really hungry for fast food around 3:30 but I just ate what I had planned for dinner and I was fine after that. I gained about 9 pounds during thanksgiving but I’ve lost about 10 pounds since. So I’m pretty sure it was just intense water weight.
